Our Facilities

St Patrick’s Primary has undertaken a $4.5 million building and refurbishment program and now boasts state of the art facilities designed to enhance your child’s education experience.  The school is now fully air-conditioned.

With learning areas and classrooms designed to maximise the integration of technology into the curriculum, the school is well-equipped to educate students to take their place in an increasingly technological world.

Gundoos Dreaming – our Prep building – caters for 2 Prep classes with a shared kitchen space and its own playground and outdoor area.

The Heritage Building houses our Year 1 and Year 2 classes.  The Year 1 classrooms were built in 2011 and the Year 2 classrooms have been refurbished recently.

The Trinity Building houses the school’s Administration Centre, the Staffroom, a School Officer Workroom, the Library and the Multimedia Room as well as a Meeting Room.  The Trinity Building also includes the Trinity Hall and Paddy’s Café (Tuckshop) and was opened in October 2011.

The Mercy Wing is the home of our Year 3 classes, the Guidance Counsellor, the Learning Enchantment Room, the Music Room, the Multipurpose Room and the Uniform Shop.  This wing was renovated at the end of 2009.

The MacKillop Wing underwent a renovation and refurbishment program at the beginning of 2010 and now provides extended learning areas for Years 4, 5 and 6 students.  The corridor areas outside Year 6 provides greater access to technology and shared spaces that allow the classes to work together at various times.

New toilet blocks were also constructed during the building program and are located close to classrooms.

Shade areas are located outside the Prep classrooms and outside the Trinity Hall near the Mercy Wing.

Playground equipment is located in several areas around the school and age-appropriate equipment caters for students from Prep to Year 6.

We are very proud of our new facilities and we invite prospective parents to come and visit the school to see what we are able to offer.
